Service delivery
Kontribute Konsult provides professional services. The delivery format, dates, and outputs for each engagement belong in the written scope agreed before work begins.
Product advisory
An advisory scope may include working sessions, product reviews, and written recommendations. Confirm the number and length of sessions, the questions to address, and the documents or decisions to be delivered.
Training and workshops
Confirm the audience, topic, session duration, participant limits, materials, online or in-person format, and any follow-up support. Location, travel costs, and rescheduling arrangements should be clarified before booking.
Fractional leadership and team support
Agree the role, time commitment, responsibilities, communication cadence, reporting arrangements, and engagement length. Identify any system access, client approvals, or team availability needed for the work.
Timing and handover
There is no universal delivery time for custom engagements. Confirm milestones and final delivery dates in your proposal. Agree where outputs will be shared, who reviews them, and how revisions or acceptance will be documented.
Delays and scope changes
If a dependency, approval, or scope change affects delivery, contact the engagement team and document the revised plan, dates, and any fee implications. For unresolved delivery questions, email info@kontributegroup.com with your engagement reference.
